Job Title: Internal Sales Trainer
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions for new hires and existing sales staff
- Design and implement sales training modules, including product knowledge and selling techniques
- Identify performance gaps and execute targeted training interventions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training initiatives with business goals
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and brand standards
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic performance reports

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams
- Positive understanding of sales processes and customer handling techniques
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office ,MS Excel and basic CRM tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
