The Special Educator is responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs by planning and implementing individualized educational strategies. The role involves identifying learning challenges, providing remedial and inclusive education support, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining student progress records, and promoting an inclusive learning environment that enables every child to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and identify students requiring special educational support.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide remedial and specialized instruction based on student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and assessments.




- Work closely with parents and external professionals to support student development.
- Monitor, document, and report student progress regularly.
- Promote inclusive practices and awareness within the school community.
- Support compliance with CBSE, NEP 2020, and inclusive education guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- RCI-recognized qualification and registration preferred.
- Robust communication, collaboration, and student-support skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
