We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to lead sales coordination activities, support field sales teams, and drive the market adoption of our digital application. The role requires solid strategic planning, execution, team coordination, and customer relationship management to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales operations, market development, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase app registrations, subscriptions, and active users.
- Coordinate daily sales activities with field executives and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities among used vehicle dealers, mechanics, workshops, spare parts retailers, and automobile-related businesses.
- Plan and execute market expansion strategies across assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports and recommend corrective actions.




- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits and features of the application to prospective customers.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns, referral programs, and dealer engagement initiatives to improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Train, mentor, and guide sales executives on product knowledge, objection handling, and effective selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and management reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to communicate customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
