Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing enterprise-grade CRM solutions while collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, ribbon customization, and security roles.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom APIs using C# and .NET.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Dataverse APIs.
- Develop Power Platform solutions using:




- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Microsoft Dataverse

- Develop custom connectors and reusable Power Platform components.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and code reviews.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
