- Responsible for guest relations and ensuring the best service without any complaints.
- Competent knowledge about the wine and food menu. Always adhere to the right uniform and grooming standards.
- Greet guests and make them feel comfortable. Take wine and food orders and collaborate with the kitchen staff.
- Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
- Check the identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for the consumption and purchase of alcohol.
- Prepare and carry out food and beverage service to guests courteously and efficiently. This includes offering table service, and regularly checking the floor for cleanliness.
- Pour wines to the recommended legal standard (correct measure) in the appropriate glassware. Provide a wine bucket for each white, Rose, and Sparkling wine.
- Issue correct invoices to guests and handle payments. Submit payments to the cashier and inform them about the mode of payment. If there is any change, hand it over to the guests.
- Assist in the preparation of mise en place for service as required, following the required outlet standards.
- Handle minor complaints professionally and courteously. Inform the Outlet Manager immediately about all cases and provide appropriate solutions. Forward solutions and suggestions to eradicate complaints and other comments from guests to the Outlet Manager.
- Ensure that all food & beverage items are served at a quality and in an appropriate manner so that guests may be charged.
Qualification - Any Hotel Management Degree/Diploma/Course
