· Conduct market research to identify current tender opportunities and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
· Reviewing and analyzing tender documents to identify the key requirements and scope of work.
· Preparing and coordinating tender submissions, including compiling necessary documents and ensuring they are submitted within the deadlines.
· Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to obtain necessary information and support for the tender submission.
· Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other activities to gather information and clarify requirements.
· Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to the tender submission.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure a good understanding of their requirements and preferences.
· Providing regular updates and reports to management on the status of tender submissions and contracts.
· Have Proper Knowledge of GEM Portal.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
