Lingomentor is a German language training and career platform preparing students for Ausbildung and higher studies in Germany through communication-focused training.

Role Overview:
We are looking for serious, committed, and qualified German trainers to teach students from A1 to B2 level, with a strong focus on speaking, listening, and real-life communication.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Completed Goethe / telc / ÖSD B2 (all modules) or higher (C1/C2)
- Strong spoken German with at least B2-level fluency
- Ability to explain clearly in English and/or Malayalam
- Reliable internet connection and teaching setup

Compensation:
Compensation depends on course level, batch allocation, and trainer experience.

- A1 and A2 levels are typically handled on a per-batch basis
- B1 and B2 levels may follow an hourly-based structure
- Higher compensation is offered for experienced C1/C2 trainers, especially for B1/B2 levels
- Final compensation will be discussed based on profile, experience, and assigned level

Responsibilities:

- Conduct German classes from A1 to B2 level
- Focus on speaking, listening, and real-life usage
- Support students with assignments and practice
- Maintain consistency and teaching quality

Preferred Profile:

- Malayalam-speaking trainers strongly preferred
- Prior experience teaching German, online or offline




- Familiarity with books such as Netzwerk and Aspekte
- Strong focus on practical communication, not just exam preparation
- Structured, disciplined, and student-focused

Important - Strict Screening:
Applications will not be considered if:

- B2 is not fully completed (all modules)
- You are currently preparing for B2
- You do not meet the required German level

Selection Process:

- Initial application through Indeed
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our team to complete an internal screening form
- The form includes certificate upload, German audio introduction, and other relevant application details
- Candidates who pass the screening stage will be invited for the first interview round
- Candidates who clear the first round will proceed to a second online interview, including a 10-minute teaching demonstration

Only candidates who meet the required criteria will be moved forward in the process.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
