Job Opening: Accounts Officer

Position: Accounts Officer
Location: Kolkata
Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.Com)
Experience: 3–5 Years (preferred)
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances (Optional).
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding accounting matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Collection of Payment from Deferent Clients.

Required Skills:

- Commerce Graduate with sound accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Marg Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS,



and basic taxation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (Prefared Advance Excel), Word, and email correspondence.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or contracting industries will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounting functions.
