Responsibility

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and architects to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product features and enhancements.
- Craft comprehensive product strategies, translating them into a well-structured roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Utilize your 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management within the Salesforce ecosystem to bring valuable insights and expertise to the table.
- Dive into data, employing your analytical acumen to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Navigate complex organizational structures with finesse, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
- Expertly break down high-level Epics into actionable Capabilities, Features, and User Stories, ensuring a clear and concise product backlog.




- Leverage your proficiency in SQL or similar query languages to extract and manipulate data, enhancing decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of GDPR/Privacy, Security, and other aspects of product development, going beyond core functionalities.
- Champion the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) construct, contributing to effective Agile ceremonies and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or an MBA)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Product Management within Salesforce & Data.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
- Experience working with onshore-offshore teams in a SAFe construct.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create strategies, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adept at breaking down Epics into manageable User Stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Thrives in a fast-paced setting, adaptable to change, and driven by results.
