Store OperaƟons & AdministraƟon

 Oversee daily store operaƟons including opening/closing, cash handling, and visual

merchandising.

 Maintain store ambience and presentaƟon standards aligned with the brand’s aestheƟc.

 Manage inventory, replenishment, and periodic stock audits.

 Ensure compliance with store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

Sales & Client Experience

 Drive sales targets and deliver excepƟonal customer experience.

 Build long-term client relaƟonships through personalized styling and service.

 Handle customer feedback, returns, and issue resoluƟon efficiently.

 Collaborate with markeƟng and design teams on in-store acƟvaƟons and launches.

Team Management





 Supervise and train store associates on product knowledge and sales eƟqueƩe.

 Allocate tasks, create duty rosters, and ensure smooth coordinaƟon across shiŌs.

 Foster a moƟvated, performance-driven work workplace.

ReporƟng & Analysis

 Track and report daily/weekly sales performance, fooƞall, and conversion metrics.

 Provide insights on fast-moving items, customer preferences, and stock trends.

 Support management in planning promoƟonal and inventory strategies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
