Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from identifying potential candidates to on boarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to attract top talent aligned with our company’s values and goals.· Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding).

Key Responsibility

- Handle employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and seamless joining formalities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.




- Develop and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
- Support employer branding initiatives and career events (job fairs, campus drives, etc.).
- Address employee grievances and concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
- Report HR activities, employee concerns, and operational updates to the HR Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
