Job Summary

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, possess strong analytical skills, and be passionate about using AI tools to improve campaign performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization, audience research, reporting, content generation, and workflow automation.




- Continuously test and implement new marketing strategies to improve campaign performance.
