Key Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the US healthcare BPO industry, with a focus on transitions and solutioning.
- Proven expertise in handling large-scale transitions in areas like RCM, HCC coding, claims management, and other healthcare back-office functions.
- Hands-on experience in solution design, client management, and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)



or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- PMP certification or relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Expertise in US healthcare industry standards, practices, and technologies.
