Requirements

- Good communication
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Experience in commercial positions (min. 2 years)
- Ability to initiate and follow up with customers
- Ability to establish and build lasting business relationships
- Initiative and creativity in attracting new customers
- Very good organization of work and perseverance in pursuing goals
- Ability to communicate in more Indian languages would be beneficial

Responsibilities

- Communicating and co-ordinating with customers
- Care for existing client groups
- Active research of customers
- Entering of orders in system,arranging transportation, debt collection
- Ability to listen to customer needs and offer them right solutions
- Implementation of sales plans
