Role Overview

The Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks on construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with design specifications. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team under site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding operations on structural steel, pipes, and other construction materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
- Inspect welds for strength, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and cutting tools safely.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and construction teams.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in valuable condition.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during construction.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
