Job Title: Bakery Retail Operations Executive
Location: Powai, BKC, Bandra, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Bakery Retail Operations Associate or Executive to manage bakery counter operations across multiple Retail locations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of bakery products, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of bakery counters at assigned locations.
- Display, stock, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
- Guide customers on bakery products, ingredients, and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize counter sales.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and minimize product wastage.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales, stock,
and wastage reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and Retail guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in bakery, pastry, café, or food retail operations.
- Positive knowledge of bakery products, breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple outlet locations as required.
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Bakery & Confectionery, Food Production, or any relevant field.
Experience: 2–5 years in bakery retail, café, or food retail operations.
