Job Description – MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain company data and reports. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining accurate records, analyzing business data, and supporting management with timely and accurate information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update sales, inventory, payment, and operational data.
- Generate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
- Analyze business data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor data quality and resolve reporting issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Requirements:





- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working with large sets of data.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and ERP software preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Positive organizational skills.

Qualification:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in MIS reporting or data management role.

Pay: ₹11,092.10 - ₹40,000.00 per month
