Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, qualified networks, and other innovative channels.
- Screen resumes and applications meticulously to identify candidates who meet the essential qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience,



and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate expectations and maintain regular communication to keep them engaged.
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, document interactions, and ensure data integrity.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the pre-employment and onboarding process in collaboration with HR operations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the overall candidate experience
