Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. Experience with government and private sector tenders is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government and private tenders through tender portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and bid requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents, pricing, and approvals.
- Maintain updated records of tender submissions, status, and documentation.
- Handle tender-related correspondence, clarifications, and negotiations with clients.
- Ensure compliance with tender terms, contractual obligations, and company policies.
- Track bid results and maintain a database of awarded and lost tenders.
- Manage EMDs, bank guarantees, vendor registrations,



and other tender-related documentation.
- Stay updated on procurement policies, tender regulations, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in tender management or bid coordination.
- Hands-on experience with government e-procurement portals such as GeM, CPPP, or state procurement portals is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling both government and private tenders.
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.
