Job Description of Center Manger

1. You will be appointed as Center manager and also you will be the part of Business development.

2. Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and

positioning.

3. In-charge of all business activities related to the center, managing coworkers, guests as well

as any vendors.

4. Plan and execute the monthly target of meet-ups/events of investors, mentors, startups,

freelancers, professionals ,etc.

5. Ensure smooth day to day operations of the centre.

6. Strive towards improving the standard operating procedures so that best practices can be

rolled out across centers.

7. Maintaining relationship with all clients as well as taking care of all their requests

8. Responsible for the overall P&L; and operations of the center

9. Responsible for managing sales calls, sending proposals, invoicing and billing of clients, etc

10. Independently manage center operations

Ensure profitability of the center by revenue enhancement and minimizing the expenses

12. Coordinate with all vendors for operational hassles if any

13. Single point contact for client interactions

14. Follow up on client payments

15. Client engagement and retention

16. Sharing of P&L; statement and agreement copies with the landlord between 5th and 10th of

every month.

17. Sales support and upkeep of all records.

18. Build long-term relationships with current and existing customers

19. Filling of vacant seats in existing and new centers without any delay and loss of revenue.

20. Plan and execute the monthly target of meet-ups/events of investors, mentors, startups,

freelancers, professionals, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
