Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to join our Madurai office. You will be the "voice" of our clients online. Your goal is to turn our clients' brands into community favorites through engaging Reels, trending content, and smart social strategies. You will sit at the center of our agency, collaborating with Video Editors, SEOs, and Content Writers.

Key Job Roles

- Content Scheduling: Plan and post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Meta Business Suite.
- Trend Spotting: Identify "viral" trends and music early and adapt them for our clients (Healthcare, E-commerce, etc.).
- Visual Collaboration: Work with the Video Editor to ensure Reels are snappy and the Design team to ensure Carousels are beautiful.
- Community Management:



Reply to DMs and comments within 1 hour to keep the audience engaged and build brand trust.
- Reporting: Assist the Junior Business Analyst in gathering data on which posts performed the best each month.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years (Freshers with a strong personal social media presence/portfolio are welcome).
- Skills: Expertise in Canva, Instagram Reels editing, and CapCut.
- Language: Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Location: Full time at our Madurai office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
