- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in the context of web component development.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning Web Components with backend services and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Knowledge of version control systems and team-oriented development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

- This position is based at JPDC3A - NON-STPI.
