Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Check material deliveries, usage, and inventory at the site.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project managers.




- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections and report any deviations or quality concerns.
- Verify measurements and work quantities for billing purposes.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of construction safety standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
