Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-budget campaigns, generating quality leads, and improving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and updates in Meta advertising.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).




- Good communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in handling lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies or client handling.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
