Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for order and service updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
