We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians with experience in Class 3 PCB assembly to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should possess strong soldering, troubleshooting, and rework skills, along with the ability to read electronic schematics and identify electronic components accurately. The role requires adherence to quality standards and industry best practices for high-reliability electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PCB assembly activities, including through-hole and SMT component soldering as per work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Execute PCB rework, repair, and modification activities while maintaining Class 3 workmanship standards.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Identify electronic components, packages, values, and polarity correctly before assembly.
- Conduct functional checks and basic troubleshooting to identify and rectify assembly defects.




- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and quality requirements for Class 3 electronic assemblies.
- Maintain proper handling of ESD-sensitive components and follow all ESD safety procedures.
- Report production issues, quality concerns, and process improvements to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Robust understanding of schematic reading and electronic assembly documentation.
- Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, rework, and repair techniques.
- Good knowledge of electronic component identification and handling.
- Excellent soldering and troubleshooting skills.
- Expertise in Class 3 PCBA assembly and workmanship standards.
- Familiarity with ESD control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
