Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of complex Workday solutions that align with client business objectives.

- Lead client interactions, gathering requirements, and determining technical specifications for integration projects.

- Design and develop complex integrations using Workday and other technology platforms.

- Manage the full integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.

- Provide high-level troubleshooting, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective actions.





- Create detailed documentation for integrations, including specifications, field mappings, and designs.

- Drive client discussions on system optimizations and enhancement opportunities based on new features from Workday releases.

- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and oversight on technical aspects of the projects.

Experience, Academic Qualifications & Skills :

- Expertise in integration design, development, and troubleshooting with Workday and other platforms.

- Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST.

- Robust project management skills, with the ability to lead integrations from start to finish.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on systems integration and technical problem-solving.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
