As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Training & HR Manager who can build a strong learning culture while supporting key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development

- Design and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
- Create role-specific training modules for Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams.
- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, process documents, and knowledge repositories.
- Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews to measure training effectiveness.
- Work closely with department heads to improve team productivity and performance.

Human Resources

- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining compliance.




- Coordinate performance review cycles and employee development plans.
- Help build a positive workplace culture and improve employee retention.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Management.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience conducting employee training and onboarding programs.
- Ability to create SOPs, training manuals, and process documentation.
- Good understanding of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working with multiple teams.
