Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound MEP Sales & Estimation Engineer to drive business development, prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with clients for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related building services projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong estimation skills, excellent customer relationship management, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities. MEP projects require accurate technical estimation, proposal preparation, and coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop relationships with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, builders, developers, and end clients.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track project pipelines and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender discussions.

Estimation & Tendering

- Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.




- Prepare quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
- Estimate project costs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility Systems.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed cost sheets, pricing analysis, and bid summaries.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and tender submissions.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams during bid preparation.

Technical Coordination

- Clarify technical queries with consultants and clients.
- Evaluate project risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Support project handover after order confirmation.
- Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams for smooth project initiation.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP Sales, Estimation, Tendering, or Business Development.
- Experience in MEP contracting, EPC, or building services projects.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Expertise in quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Good understanding of BOQ, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of IS, NBC, CPWD, and relevant international standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of estimation software is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
