We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring productive store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily sales reports and support administrative tasks.
- Step in to manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
