Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Career Consultant & Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual who can provide career counseling to students, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and universities abroad.
- Assist with visa applications, documentation, and admission processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and other stakeholders.




- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee office administration and team productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proven experience in career counseling and operations management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures is a plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
