Job Title: Clothing Production Manager (Streetwear)

​Core Responsibilities:

​End-to-End Production: Oversee the manufacturing process from sampling to final finishing of streetwear garments (Hoodies, Oversized Tees, Cargoes, Joggers).

​Fabric & Sourcing: Sourcing high-quality fabrics (French Terry, heavy GSM cotton) and coordinating with fabric mills.

​Printing & Embroidery: Managing vendors for specialized streetwear techniques like Screen Printing, DTG, Puff Print, and High-Density Embroidery.

​Quality Control: Ensuring "Retail-Ready" quality, focusing on stitching strength and fit accuracy.

​Timeline Management: Ensuring production cycles meet drop dates and inventory requirements.

​Requirements:

​Proven experience in a garment production house or streetwear brand.

​Strong knowledge of patterns and grading for oversized/boxy fits.

​Ability to manage a team of tailors, master cutters, and finishers.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
