- Generate and qualify leads through B2B and B2C sales activities.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong Channel Partner (CP) network.
- Drive business growth through existing clients and CP relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to improve engagement and business generation.
- Review CP performance quarterly, including target achievement and process improvements.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Maintain strong project and market knowledge to effectively guide clients.
- Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth customer engagement till closure and handover.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Stay updated on real estate market dynamics and emerging opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for deeper product understanding and better customer service.
Team Coordination & Compliance
- Support teams in deal closures and documentation processes.
- Monitor collections and maintain accurate sales records.
- Share regular reports and updates with the Sales Head.
- Ensure adherence to company systems and processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong career stability and sales orientation
- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
