Roles & Responsibilities1. Secure Transportation

- Safely transport management, staff, and authorized visitors.
- Drive company vehicles in accordance with traffic rules and company policies.
- Ensure passenger safety at all times.

2. Jewellery & Cash Transportation

- Transport jewellery, cash, documents, and other valuable items only with proper authorization.
- Follow security protocols during transportation.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding movement of valuables.
- Never leave jewellery or cash unattended inside the vehicle.

3. Bank & Office Duties

- Deposit cash and cheques in banks as instructed.
- Collect documents from banks, vendors, and government offices.
- Deliver invoices, purchase orders, and other official documents.

4. Vehicle Maintenance

- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, battery, and brakes daily.
- Arrange periodic servicing and maintenance.
- Report any vehicle issues immediately.

5. Trip Management

- Maintain a daily vehicle logbook.
- Record trip details, fuel consumption, and mileage.
- Plan routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs.

6. Compliance

- Maintain a valid driving licence and required permits.
- Carry vehicle documents,



insurance, and pollution certificate.
- Ensure timely renewal of all documents.

7. Customer & Staff Support

- Assist during exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Help load and unload materials carefully when required.
- Maintain professional behaviour with customers and employees.

8. Security & Confidentiality

- Maintain strict confidentiality about company operations.
- Immediately report accidents, delays, theft, or suspicious incidents.
- Follow showroom security and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure safe and timely transportation.
- Protect company assets during transit.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
- Complete assigned trips on schedule.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.

Skills Required

- Valid LMV driving licence (or other licence as required).
- Good knowledge of local routes.
- Defensive driving skills.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Good communication and time management.
