Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Facilities Management & Student Experience

Ensure all centres maintain high standards of infrastructure, cleanliness, and overall student service experience.

Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and zero disruption to student services.

Review facility reports and resolve issues impacting student satisfaction and service quality.

Conduct audits of utilities, vendor payments, and facility standards.

Handle and resolve student escalations related to infrastructure and services in a timely manner.

2. Student Services & Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end student lifecycle management (admissions support, onboarding, in-course support, and query resolution).

Ensure high-quality customer service and student support systems are in place across all centres.

Monitor and improve student satisfaction levels (service quality, response time,



issue resolution).

Standardize processes for student handling, query management, and service delivery.

Work closely with teams to ensure a seamless and consistent student experience across centres.

3. Placements & Career Services

Monitor placement activities to ensure strong outcomes for students.

Ensure timely communication and student support throughout the placement process.

Build and track industry tie-ups and recruiter engagement.

Ensure placement processes are aligned with student service excellence and satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
