Who We're Looking For

A social media manager who’s part strategist, part creator, part analyst and 100% obsessed with building brands online.

Someone who can take a school, a startup, or a caffeine brand and make them all look like they run the internet.

Your Daily Superpowers

● Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & more.

● Create content calendars that are consistent, smart, and never boring.

● Write crisp, engaging copy that makes people stop scrolling.

● Ideate & oversee reels, static creatives, carousels, stories, and trending formats.

● Work closely with the design team to turn ideas into high-quality content.

● Track performance, analyse insights & turn data into actions.

● Stay updated with trends, memes, formats, sounds & platform updates.

● Engage with the audience and manage comments, DMs & community interactions.

● Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback & smooth execution.





● Ensure all brands maintain their unique voice and identity.

You’re a Fit If You Have:

● 2–4 years of social media experience (agency experience = bonus points).

● Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms + content psychology.

● An instinct for storytelling and brand voice.

● Solid communication skills so you can explain ideas clearly and confidently.

● A knack for identifying what works and what doesn't (and fixing it fast).

● Ability to multitask like a pro without losing your cool.

● Basic knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, design tools, or AI tools is a plus.
