Key Responsibilities

- Policy Retention & Sales: Initiate outbound calls or communications 30 to 45 days prior to policy expiration to minimize customer churn.
- Needs Assessment: Review expiring policy details, analyze driving history, and adjust the coverage scope or voluntary deductibles based on the client’s current needs.
- Premium Quoting: Utilize the company’s portal to generate accurate renewal quotes for two-wheelers, four-wheelers,
- Policy Endorsements: Process any requested mid-term or renewal changes such as adding CNG kits, changing the registration location, or transferring No Claim Bonus (NCB) tiers.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect required vehicle inspection reports (if applicable), update the CRM, and issue the renewed policy bond under IRDAI guidelines.
- Cross-Selling: Pitch bundled general insurance products, such as personal accident, standalone own damage (OD), or third-party liability rider

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
