Head Chef – Grillo Feast (Arabian Grills & Wraps) Location: Bandlaguda, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time About Us Grillo Feast is a fast-growing cloud kitchen specializing in authentic Arabian grilled chicken, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, and sides. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality, and build efficient kitchen systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all daily kitchen operations. Prepare and maintain signature Arabian grilled chicken, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, and side dishes. Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control. Develop and standardize recipes and kitchen SOPs. Manage food costing, inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage. Order ingredients and coordinate with suppliers. Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.



Work closely with management to introduce new menu items and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements 5+ years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations, with at least 2 years as a Head Chef or Sous Chef. Solid expertise in Arabian grills, shawarma, wraps, burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas. Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle pressure. Knowledge of FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards.
