Qualification & Experience: Degree & above with more than 2 years of experience in selling to a dealer network of PAINT INDUSTRY / BUILDING MATERIAL Industry
Age: between 25-35years
RESPONSIBILITIES: Appoint and manage new dealers who can sell all Truecoat’s paint products.
- Achieve monthly sales & collection targets from assigned districts.
- Appoint new dealers in specialty outlets and ensure consistent billing.
- Visit 10–12 outlets daily across districts and maintain reporting discipline.
- Generate secondary sales through painter interactions, contractor follow-ups, and site leads.
- Provide basic after-sales support to customers through dealers.
- Maintain relationships with bulk buyers, fabricators, and applicators.
- Ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities at dealer counters.
