SnapSeaarch is urgently hiring for the following vacancy for one of our clients from Pharma industry.

Job Brief

We are looking for a great communicator to join the marketing management team to guide us and to deliver strong external and internal corporate communications for the business. This is a new role and the candidate will have the opportunity to create a vision for the communications strategy from the ground up. It is an exciting time at our company with many new branding, innovation, market development, website and lead generation campaign programs currently being initiated. The position will also form a key part of the marketing strategy team, led by our new CMO, who brings a wealth of international experience to the marketing operation.

The Role: Impact & Contribution

- Increase the brand exposure and create a strong public image of the company on a global basis

- Develop and deliver clear, valued and engaging internal communication programs

- Draft content, prepare presentations, plan press conferences and organize promotional events

- Build solid relationship with key media, content providers, associations and industry experts

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop effective internal and external corporate communications strategies for the entire organization.

- Coordinate external communication for product launches, new initiatives, success stories, corporate news and events.

- Manage India region PR programs and build up network of regional PR agents to deploy external communications programs into local global markets.

- Organize initiatives and plan events and press conferences.



Identify speaking opportunities at conferences and other events. Coordinate speakers, briefings, speaches and presentation materials.

- Work with internal corporate functions and group companies to develop and deliver a wide range of internal communications programs for both confidential and public information.

- Drive the communication programs around new branding, sales successes, awards and new business initiatives to all associates throughout the world (in local languages where appropriate).

- Develop current story ideas, create highly engaging copy and material to support all communications programs.

- Help coordinate the organization, programs, event and internal resources for the Annual Leadership Summit.

- Carry out regular customer and internal surveys to evaluate the success or communications activities.

- Measure and analyze RoI of PR and communications programs and integrate into marketing KPI report.

- Research media opportunities and industry trends. Build database of publications, website, speakers, industry experts, content providers, etc.

- Prepare ‘crisis control’ strategy and develop key processes to be followed for any such event. Manage and coordinate response activities.

Key Competencies Required:

Technical:

- Graduate level





- Track record in Corporate Communication

- 10 years plus experience

- Knowledge of the industrial market

Behavioral:

- Strong copywriting and editing skills

- Proven team worker, networker and motivator

- Good people management skills

- Engaging, confident speaker and presenter

- Excellent organizational and planning skills

- Able to achieve strong credibility both internally and externally

- To have travelled to and worked in key international markets

- Number and quality of stories generated and shared
