A Production Planning and Control (PPC) skilled manages manufacturing workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Key responsibilities include creating production schedules, forecasting demand, coordinating resource allocation, and tracking work-in-progress to ensure on-time delivery while resolving any material or labor shortages on the shop floor.

- Master Scheduling: Develop detailed, actionable production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and customer demands.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the optimal availability of raw materials, machinery, and personnel prior to and during the manufacturing process.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels to prevent under-stocking or costly over-stocking, collaborating closely with procurement teams.
- Real-Time Control: Actively monitor production on the shop floor, quickly troubleshooting bottlenecks, delays, and schedule deviations.
- Process Optimization:



Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean production methodologies.
- Reporting: Compile performance metrics (e.g., output, defect rates, cycle times) to present to plant managers and stakeholders.

Core Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Analytical Thinking: High capacity for capacity analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven problem solving.
- Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication to align manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and sales teams
