The Liaison Officer will act as a key point of contact between the organization and external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, and other agencies. The role ensures smooth coordination, compliance, and timely approvals to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Handle all statutory approvals, licenses, and documentation required for business operations
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Follow up on approvals, permissions, and clearances to ensure timely execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, admin, operations) for documentation and requirements
- Monitor changes in government policies and regulations impacting the business
- Represent the company in meetings with external authorities and agencies
- Maintain proper records of all liaison activities, approvals, and communications




- Resolve any issues or delays related to regulatory or administrative processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proven experience in liaisoning, government relations, or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and approval processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in industries like infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, or solar/energy
- Familiarity with local government offices and procedures
