Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our production team in Derabassi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for machining precision bearing sizes used in rolling mill rolls. The role requires a strong understanding of machine tool operations, G-code programming, and quality control for high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and edit CNC programs (G-code) for turning, milling, and grinding operations related to bearing sizes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T; symbols.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure precision and productivity.
- Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines (e.g., VMC, HMC, CNC Turning).
- Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances.




- Collaborate with design and production engineers to improve manufacturability and reduce cycle time.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programs and setup sheets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably in bearing or heavy machinery components.
- Proficiency with CNC programming languages (Fanuc, Siemens).
- Hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments like micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs.
- Familiarity with machining processes for components with tight tolerances and large diameters.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing bearing sleeves, chocks, or roll necks.
- Knowledge of materials like forged steel or cast iron.
- Ability to work independently and within a team workplace.
- Basic understanding of ISO/TS quality standards.

Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
