Job Role

As a Tele Resource Mobilizer, you will connect with potential supporters over the phone, create awareness about our humanitarian work, and encourage them to contribute towards transforming lives.

Who Can Apply?

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Basic phone handling and interpersonal skills.

No Master's degree is required. Candidates with SSLC, PUC, Diploma, Undergraduate, Graduate, Freshers, Experienced professionals, Career Restart candidates, and Job Seekers are all encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective donors through outbound calls.
- Explain the mission and impact of The Leprosy Mission Trust India.
- Build positive relationships with donors.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly outreach targets.




- Represent the organization professionally and ethically.
