URGENT REQUIREMENT!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring that all reservations are honored and that guests are comfortable.
- Supervise and lead waitstaff, providing training and guidance on proper service techniques, etiquette, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor the performance of the service team and provide feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Ensure that guests are properly attended to, and their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and professionally.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and handle any issues related to shift coordination.
- Uphold the restaurant’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a restaurant leadership role as a captain (must).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience is preferred.
