Zscaler Proxy Administration and Policy Enforcement
Knowledgeable in managing day-to-day operations of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), including URL filtering, access control policies, SSL inspection, and troubleshooting end-user web traffic issues.

Palo Alto Firewall Rulebase Implementation and Monitoring
Aware of configuring and managing security policies, NAT rules, and App-ID-based filtering, as well as monitoring logs via Panorama or the firewall GUI/CLI to support incident response.

Cisco Routing and Switching Configuration and Support




Aware of executing configuration and maintenance of routing protocols (OSPF/EIGRP), VLANs, trunking, and port security, along with supporting L2/L3 network troubleshooting tasks.

Cisco Firepower (FTD) Policy Deployment and Threat Prevention
Aware of assisting in deploying Access Control Policies (ACP), Intrusion Policies, and URL filtering within FMC (Firepower Management Center), as well as monitoring alerts and escalating anomalies.
