About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic leader to build and scale Ilan's brand presence. You'll own brand strategy, creative direction, content, social media growth, and marketing campaigns that drive both awareness and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.
- Lead creative campaigns, content, photography, and video production.
- Drive growth across Instagram, Pinterest, and digital channels.
- Manage influencer marketing, UGC, and community engagement.
- Oversee performance marketing and optimise campaign results.
- Ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or D2C marketing.




- Proven track record of building or scaling consumer brands.
- Strong expertise in content, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Experience managing creative teams and agencies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience in home décor, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience in fast-growing D2C businesses.
