About the Role

Asvil Galaxy Finserv Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Relationship Managers (Tele Sales Executives) to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, explain suitable loan products, and help them throughout the loan application process while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and available financial solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable loan products.
- Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Doctor Professional Loans, and Used Vehicle Loans.
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM/lead management systems.
- Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team for document collection whenever required.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Support administrative and operational activities whenever required.
