About the Role
Operations Executive
This role reports to Team Lead - Wealth Ops
Job description
Candidate shall be responsible for:
- Handling Mutual Funds division and end to end operations of MF trade processing.
- MF corporate action process like dividend Pay-out /dividend reinvestment issue to clients by coordinating with RTA/AMC.
- Effective handling & monitoring day to day Operations viz transaction processing, effective allotment / pay outs, monitoring Controls, KYC, Audits etc.
- Coordination with RTA/ Other Vendors.
- Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution.
- Handling various day to day transaction activities.
- Processing of Applications for new Accounts.
- Support to RM’s regarding transactions, Portal, and Funds reconciliation.
- Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
- Reconciliation of brokerage with co-ordination with AMC / RTA.
- Processing all service requests and follow up for updating of demographic changes.
- Processing of Non-MF Transactions.

Role Requirement
(Qualification & Experience)
- Graduate
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations
- Have great command over English.
- Should have solid internal communication and coordination skills.
- Preferable to have experience on KYC and Mutual Fund transaction processing.
Preferable to have hands-on experience of BSE star platform
