Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), SOPs, and approved process parameters. Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, blenders, and other process equipment. Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and Data Integrity requirements during manufacturing operations. Perform line clearance, equipment verification, and area cleanliness before batch execution. Record all manufacturing activities accurately in BMRs, logbooks, and equipment records. Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities immediately. Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS for smooth operations. Ensure timely charging of raw materials and solvents as per approved procedures. Participate in equipment cleaning, changeover, and validation activities.
